Suppliers of all different types of reptile keeping equipment including live food. Online Reptile Shop is one of the UK’s largest stores and is well known and respective in the reptile community.
What we set out to do
The business was losing its outdated e-commerce system which posed a big issue when stocking over 50,000 products and selling them online. Our focus was on understanding the business from end to end and delivery a platform that not only streamlines the process but also future proofs the way they do business online.
We harnessed the power of Magento and designed a mobile-focused user journey, something the previous system did not have and was causing a very poor conversion rate due to this. We migrated all customer, order and product information across into Magento and delivered a robust workflow for the business to operate from. Since its launch, the business has seen expectational growth in online sales. We’re pleased to continue working with them in growing their brand and market exposure.
