To showcase their fantastic product range, OTO required Vue store development alongside a Magento 2 progressive web app (PWA). That started with a comprehensive audit of their existing site, reviewing the front-end user interface and experience, along with analytical data, heat mapping and user recordings – for an in-depth understanding of the current site’s performance and habits of brand-specific customers.
Above all else, we wanted to push the boundaries of what an online store can offer while also being a highly functional and converting site. But with the CBD market still relatively new, and high-end CBD products even newer, OTO’s site needed to educate and convert while promoting the overall brand and avoiding the generic CBD styling. That was achieved with wireframing, storyboarding, assets design, site design and UI animation assets – so no stone was left unturned when it came to the overall brand image.
