Meet Projector Point
Projector Point has been operating since 2001 and one of the largest online suppliers of AV equipment in the UK – specialising in digital projectors and accessories such as lamps, screens, cables and mounts.
What we set out to do
Projector Point had a long standing in-house built website. It worked but had limitations with no support for mobile. We needed to modernise the brands online message to improve conversion and standardise the shopping journey. We identified user groups, how they shopped and what tools they would need to reduce the customer service time through the conversion chain.
